Simple Morning Ritual

From 263 to 144 pounds. I'm 61 years old and 5’7”. Never in a million years could I have hiked three years ago.

Three years ago, I moved from Fresno to Oakhurst, California, eager to experience all the new things the area had to offer, including Yosemite's biking and hiking trails and, of course, the wonderful weather for outdoor activities.

There was just one issue: I was at more than 250 pounds, so I didn't want to go outside.

Over the years, I had experienced fast and unexplainable weight gain.

I consulted with several doctors, underwent numerous blood tests, everything was normal; except that I was stuck with this excess weight that would not budge.

I felt miserable and depressed due to my weight. I wasn't active at all and I couldn't do all of the things I wanted to.

I was feeling hopeless until I unexpectedly heard about this 'Simple Morning Ritual' and decided to check it out.

The "Simple Morning Ritual" which changed everything.

Following all of my failed diets and feelings of hopelessness, the weight began to slip away once I started using this rapid 'cravings' strategy.

Today I'm 61, feeling like I'm 45, and it feels amazing.

I can take advantage of all my neighborhood's fun outdoor activities and even get into public speaking on behalf of TOPS, the club for weight loss. My mantra is: If I can do it, so can you!
